Refund Policy

At BIMQuantFlow, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our quantity surveying and estimation tools. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a full refund if requested within the first 7 days of your initial subscription. After 7 days, your monthly payment is non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
2. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, we offer a full refund if requested within the first 30 days of your purchase. If you request a refund after 30 days, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of the annual term.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Refunds outside the standard window may be given at the sole discretion of the BIMQuantFlow management team in cases of major technical issues or prolonged downtime.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to process all approved refunds within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
5. Changes to Your Plan
Upgrading or downgrading your plan may result in prorated charges or credits applied to your account. These credits are not refundable for cash.
