BIMQuantFlow Beta is currently offered as a Beta version. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation during the Beta phase. Your use of the Beta Service is at your own risk.

By creating an account or using BIMQuantFlow Beta ("the Service"), you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BIMQuantFlow Beta provides cloud-based quantity surveying and estimation tools designed to integrate with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
BIMQuantFlow Beta provides estimation tools, but final quantity verifications are the responsibility of the user. BIMQuantFlow Beta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from errors in estimations, loss of data, or use of the Service.
